Overall, my stay at this resort spa was enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a nice retreat after a day of activities. I did find the service to be a bit lacking, as some staff members seemed to need more training. The location is quite peaceful and beautiful, right along the bay, making it ideal for relaxation. However, booking restaurants on-site was somewhat challenging, which took away from the experience. The amenities were great, but there’s room for improvement in customer service.
